Parlee Builders is owned and operated by Mark and Patti Parlee and began in 1990, as Parlee Projects, Inc. Mark has been in the construction business for 28 years, balancing subcontracted framing and siding projects with home building and remodeling. He is well-respected for his craftsmanship, as well as his integrity as a businessman.

Patti is a CPA and has a degree in accounting from Drake University. Having worked both in the public and private sectors of accounting, Patti now handles the financial end of Parlee Builders. She is also involved in planning, scheduling, and product selection for Parlee Builders’ various projects.
